***DOCUMENT ATTACHED***RE: Complaint # [redacted] To whom it may concern, In regards to Complaint # [redacted] , regarding: “THIS COMPANY PURPOSELY BLOCKS YOUR DATA USAGE AND TELLS YOU TO REFILL YOUR PLAN BEFORE THE DAYS YOU'VE ALREADY PAID IS UP.”We would like to direct our subscriber to our Terms & Conditions that can be found on our website via link: [redacted] The Terms & Conditions that each subscriber of Expo Mobile agrees to, explicitly states that: “UNLIMITED DOES NOT MEAN UNREASONABLE USEUNLIMITED Data services are provided solely for personal, non-commercial access to the Internet for purposes of web browsing, messaging, and similar data activities as your authorized device's native applications and capabilities permitTo ensure that all customers have access to reliable services provided at a reasonable cost, you may not use our service in a manner that interferes with another Expo Mobile customer's use of our service or that disproportionately impacts Expo Mobile's network or resources.”With regards to the customer in question’s complaint, we see that she was able to use 4.1+GB of data of a 4GB Highspeed plan before refill of her 30-day plan Due to this, we are unable to see an issue with the customer in questions accountHowever, if there are any further issues, we would be happy to assist and look into the account again

I am rejecting this response because: I have heard this countless of times. I could not get the phone to program. after more then 3 weeks of calling expo mobile and not getting my phone and number to work, I went to a different supplier and my phone is now working. I lost my cell number that I had for 5 or more years. I am disappointed and will discourage my family and friends to buy service with expo mobile.
