Wonderful Company. Great Idea and way to boost your companies worth. The expo was a great experience!
We signed up to sponsor their event and then due to geographical circumstances were no longer able to participate. We informed the event organizers and were in discussion via email about our refund then all communication ceased and any attempt to contact them since has not been successful. We've sent them emails, Facebook messages and mailed an invoice to collect on our refund with no response.
Our policy is that all sales are final, given the nature of our niche industry we can only offer credit in future endeavors. The client has not reached out to us regarding future opportunities to apply any "credit" from a previous transaction. We would be glad to offer a mutually agreed upon trade compensation to put all of this behind us and create a happy customer.
