I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.In fact, their response is full of lies and slanderous statement which we will now pursue through the legal systemThe status if my personal credit is private information and this dealer should not have commented on it hereAdditionally, I challenge him to show the video of the so called vulgar and aggressive behavior that he states I displayedI guarantee that the only bad behavior you will see is being done by himHe got anger when my husband refused to shake his handThat is when he began screaming at us and ordering us to sit downWhen we refused to sit and told him we were never going to do business with such unprofessional and dishonest people, he got even angrier.I have spoken with the Suzuki headquarters people and they said that their only association worth this guy is for service on Suzuki carsThe man I spoke to acknowledge that they have received numerous complaints about this dealer but have no leverage over him to do anything about it

As for the conduct of dealership and employess they are trained to call police when customer invades personal space,uses vulgar language or become aggressive. Per regulations we to keep copies of all paperwork.We at Kingwood Suzuki strive to make all customers happy. We just have zero tolerance for vulgar or aggesive behavior.
