Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: they are not the proper paper work for them to be excepted they never provided and I have my voucher always have if they were with houseing they would know the process and them manger her self told me out of her own mouth that comrade and nick has done this before the unit never got inspected due to them not have the correct documents and land lords services said the same thing they are lieing Regards, [redacted]
Tenant gave a rent deposit in late August and has still not moved in to Unit or paid the rent which is the tenant's responsibility Tenant has been notified that since she has not paid the rent for unit in a timely manner her unit would be re-rented, but that another Unit #would
still be offered to her Tenant again has not paid the rent required to move in and receive the keys for Unit Tenant has also not turned on the power which is required to receive a Section inspection Deposit refund has been denied as now this situation is almost month old with the company losing one month of rental income due to this tenant Deposits are only good for a day hold on any apartment This case is very cut and dry No rent has been paid and so no keys to any units have been dispersed, and the deposit has been forfeited Tenant is welcome to sue where she will not win Tenant has been informed of her rights and options in writing

The Cedar Lake Apartments do accept Housing Vouchers from Section 8 but it is the tenant's responsibility to get either those vouchers to the Cedar Lake Apartments or the rent amount, which can be remibursed at a later date if Housing Vouchers do ultimately appear. This tenant never paid the rent. Period. It is irrelevant from where the rent would have been paid.
