Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Thank you for the prompt response, however due to the facts that 1) I do not recall agreeing to the above-mentioned terms and conditions before completing my online payment 2) your initial replacement product (AKA re-scheduled wedding expo held on 04/27/at [redacted] ***, participating vendors and guests) was not of an equal value with the product that had been advertised by you and I had paid for (a bridal expo at [redacted] on 03/09/2014, 800-guests), I cannot accept your "free booth at a later event" offer and insist on a full refund Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have attached the conversation between me and this companyShe claims she was refunding me immediately, then says she already did, then says she can't, then says she already did weeks ago, then says to file against them and they can't give me money back because they changed merchant companies.I also run credit cards, it doesn't matter who your merchant account is through, you can refund someoneThis company changed their name times in years, there's tons of disputes against them Bad reports have been filed against them to the Revdex.comThey continuously take money from vendors through the country and then run away with their moneyI want my $returned to me at once or I will be filing a class action case against them along with the rest of the vendors that were in this bridal show Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I had not been presented with the above mentioned agreement before making a payment to Expositions.inc The product, delivered by Expositions.inc was not as originally described and the discrepancy between the initial product description and the delivered product was too substantial to accept the replacement offered by Expositions.inc.

I am rejecting this response because: I have attached the conversation between me and this company. She claims she was refunding me...

immediately, then says she already did, then says she can't, then says she already did weeks ago, then says to file against them and they can't give me money back because they changed merchant companies.I also run credit cards, it doesn't matter who your merchant account is through, you can refund someone. This company changed their name 8 times in 11 years, there's tons of disputes against them.  Bad reports have been filed against them to the Revdex.com. They continuously take money from vendors through the country and then run away with their money. I want my $625 returned to me at once or I will be filing a class action case against them along with the rest of the vendors that were in this bridal show.

we may have caused you. Unfortunately all sales are final as indicated by the
contract you agreed...

to. In order to ensure a positive experience for booth exhibitors
and attendees we reserve the right to reschedule the event as we see fit. 
We take customer satisfaction very seriously so to prove that we truly value your business
we are prepared to offer you a free booth atone of our many future events free of charge.

As far as I know, the refund was issued and the credit should be posted by now. I'll look into this and get back with you later this week once I have solid information.
