checkout time is 12:and the apartment keys are to be placed back in the same lockbox they were obtained from.
Not only did they checkout late, but did not return the keys to the lockboxThis made it very inconvenient for our next reservation that was checking inI had to locate the keys and deliver them to the next tenant the following dayThis not only cost money, but time I am attaching the conversation regarding the key issue During her stay, she informed me of a couple minor issues regarding the apartmentShe had stated that one of the sinks were stopped up I let her know that I had turned in a maintenance request and that I had no control over the time frame of which it would be addressedThat is up to the property management, not usIssues such as A/C problems or leaks, which are emergencies, are addressed firstIt was not as though she did not have another bathroom sinkIt was a Bedroom BathWhen she called to book with us a second time, I informed her that in order to reserve the apartment, we require the Lease agreement to be filled out and sent back with the paymentWe do not hold apartments without bothShe waited over a week to send the Lease agreement and payment back, and complained about the fact that we do not hold apartments without payment.
She stated we canceled her reservation day before checkinThat is absolutely not true! I have emails showing we canceled her reservation days prior to her upcoming stay and informed her that we would be returning her checkIt was quite obvious that there was nothing we or anyone else could do to please herShe is rude, overbearing and demandingIf she was so displeased, why would she try and book with us again?
We deal with Cancer patients on a daily basis and have never had this problemThank you
