The customer sent us an email on the 2nd of October when her move date was on the 4thThat is only days, when it has to submitted in writing at least days in advanceSo Unfortunately, we were unable to refund her deposit
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Its just not trueI have my phone records to prove that Joe h [redacted] simply didnt return my calls, the quote doubledI told the foreman to take whats on the list and he didnt want to touch anything until I sign a new contract...I gave joe h [redacted] the size of the storage unit as the items in there were in there for monthsMy calls were never returned!!!you guys are simply unprofessional!
