The customer sent us an email on the 2nd of October when her move date was on the 4thThat is only days, when it has to submitted in writing at least days in advanceSo Unfortunately, we were unable to refund her deposit

We have tried to locate the missing items but were unfortunately unsuccessfulWe are fully prepared to compensate according to the insurance liability the customer agreed toWe have forwarded the customer the claims department information to file a claim and have it processed as soon as possible
We have apologized for the inconvenience and are working as fast as we can to correct the situation

Based on the miles that her move had that took to BUSINESS DAYS (from the first requested delivery date: of 8/13/15) to operate and deliver her belongingsWith the holidays and weekends all accounted for, We had her things delivered in the correct time frameThis is our first time
hearing of any missing itemsWe will at this time pass the info to the dispatch manager to have the storage units searched to see if they were possibly separated from the rest of her shipment during the uploading or unloading of her shipmentOnce 0the items are located we will be more than happy to have the items redeliveredWe do apologize for the missing items and will have this situation corrected as soon as possible

We have received the complaint in the mailIn the case of *** ***, we went to the storage unit to pick up his belongingsHe had a lot more stuff than he said he hadThe mover told him it would be extra and he didn't want to payso the job was cancelled at that timeOur policy states that you
have to cancel at least days before your pickup date, and submit it in writingSince he cancelled only because he didn't want to pay for the extra belongings, he had forfeited his deposit because his cancellation was made when the pick up was already in progressEven so we have also tried to reach out to just reschedule and still help, but we never got a call back from *** ***

We have reached out to the customer to satisfy the settlementHe have come to a resolutionWe have refunded his depositComplaint Is satisfied

This situation will be investigated and see where the discrepancy occurredWe will be in touch with the customer to resolve the issue

With this being a "Pack By Owner" job we are not liable for something missing from a boxWe do not open boxes, so we have no way of knowing what is in thereSo we have to pay out based on the insurance liability that you have opted out to

consumer received his items with in our delivery turn around time we don't know who gave him the number to the claims department but it is wrong the correct number is *** if the consumer needs to contact us she may do so by calling ***

they stole the stuff to much expensive stuff missing as for packing they packed some of the boxes and also how about them not using there own people to unload the truck hiring people from craigslist that is what I never agreed to they where to use there own people as I asked how do you lose small boxes and large and they do not care.I will be plastering what happened all over the web about them Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:they stole my stuff then the ask me to file a claim for 60 cents on the weight are they kidding me I am missing over 10,000 in stuff wow I will get about 120.00 for all the stuff that was stolen from meb and some stuff can never be replaced

Its just not true... I have my phone records to prove that Joe h[redacted] simply didnt return my calls, the quote doubled.. I told the foreman to take whats on the list and he didnt want to touch anything until I sign a new contract...I gave joe h[redacted] the size of the storage unit as the items in there were in there for 2 months.. My calls were never returned!!!you guys are simply unprofessional! Thieves too???
