Review: Unit makes loud noise when starting up,so loud it wakes me up at night sometimes, sometimes I have to get up and sleep on the sofa, this noise is not noraml,sounds like a car hitting my house, met with lenox factory rep."[redacted]" factory rep. said that the a/c lines were installed without enough space in the top plate and thats what was causing the problem, to fix the problem the vendor would need to reroute the a/c lines, the vendor had agreeded to perform this fixDesired Settlement: I would like to have the problem fixed as the factory Lenox rep."[redacted] " said needed to be done to resolve the problem of loud start up of unit, this would require replacing the a/c lines as stated by the Lenox rep. and agreeded with by vendor.This complaint was filed with the vendor within the warranty period.
