Express Appliance Repair

Very poor Quality Service !
My experience started with waiting for for 15 min on hold with reception. After scheduling a technician to come, he spent about 15 minutes to diagnose that it was the compressor. He said he could not do anymore and the compressor needed to be replaced. Before leaving he he did ask my wife to plug the fridge back in an hour to see if it maybe would work? She plugged it in after an hour and it did not work.
I would NOT recommend this company !

He suggested several different options and offered to come back after we though of the option we would take. The owner made a service call on a Saturday with short notice and arrived within the specified time frame. He explained his troubleshooting steps thoroughly and showed us physically what he noticed with our appliance. I will recommend Express Appliance Repair to anyone who asks.

My refrigerator became warm, though the freezer was cold, and after determining the fan worked, I called Express Applicance Repair expecting I would have to wait for service. However, I was delighted to be told I would receive a call back that afternoon to schedule an arrival time. By 7:30 that evening, my refrigerator was repaired and cooling. Who knew that new refrigerators have computer boards in them? I did not. Apparently it is not unusual for the boards to fail. [redacted], who made the repairs, was knowledgeable and experienced and did a great job for me. I highly recommend this repair service.
