Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Last spring ** *** came in for a quote on his *** VanHe wanted to whole van painted and said he wouldn't pay anymore than $2500.00. We wrote him up a quote on painting the van and buffing the roof for $2800.00. It was a big a job, and we explained it would take full weeks.
After week ** *** and his wife would come in daily and call daily trying to rush the job. This put a lot of pressure on everyone working on the van. Mr*** would call and show up swearing and screaming that "he wanted his van back" & "he didn't understand why it would take weeks to paint a whole Van". When we did finally finish Mr*** van we walked the van to***her and he left very pleased. Mr.*** came back a week later complaining that looking down at his van from his balcony he wasn't happy with how the roof came out and he wanted it painted. We went over the original estimate with Mr.*** and it only stated to "BUFF ROOF", But he wasn't happy with that answer. After Mr.*** made a big scene in the office over this problem we finally agreed to paint his roof free of charge just to make him happy. When Mr.*** did drop off the van for the roof paint job not only did the roof *** pinted but we gave the van a whole buff & wax free of charge. Once again we walked the van and he was more than pleased with the outcome. Some time had passed and once again Mr.*** came back complaining about some marks on his door. (There was never an issue with rust). We gladly told him we will take care of the problem for him and to bring it in the winter when we are not as busy. He called in February and we made him an appointment that same day. When Mr.*** brought his van that Monday we took care of the marks on the door. It took a day to repair. When we called Mr.*** to pick up the van he was at the garage within minutes. We walked the van to***her like we always have done to inspect and he was happy then he left. Minutes later mr.*** comes back in the office swearing and screaming in front of a few other customers that somebody moved his seat. The office staff checked with the employee who was assigned to that job and asked if he touches mr.*** seat at all, but he responded that he did not move the seat at all. When we told Mr.*** that nobody moved his seat he didn't like that answer he continued to make a scene in the office on camera in front of other employees and customers that "somebody moved his seat and if we don't put it back the way it was there would be trouble". He then left the office screaming and swearing. He came back the next day and spoke to a non-English speaking employee asking for "***" when the non-English speaking employee pointed to the back and said "his wife" Mr.*** then insulted the employee responding "NO STUPID I DONT WANT THE WIFE I WANT ***"*** overheard the commotion from the back of the garage and went to make sure everything was okay she saw mr.*** standing in the door way he asked "is *** around" when *** responded "NO" he wasnt happy with the answer, he started swearing and yelling at *** because *** wasn't in. Mr.*** came back the following day, he came to the office very rudely stating "i want ***, I need to show him something and I'm not going anywhere until he looks at my van" the office staff told mr.*** he was across the street at his other job. He then proceeded to go across the street in search for ***. *** was in the middle of dealing with a customer when mr.*** interrupted very rudely "you need to look at my van now and I'm not leaving until you do"When *** stated he would be with him as soon as he was done mr*** continued to scream and yell. *** had to stop what he was doing with his customer to assist mr.*** because of the scene he was making, he walked with him outside and asked whats the problem mr.*** was very aggressive and continued to argue and scream and swear outside in public about his seat being moved. When *** told him to calm down and lower his voice because they were on a main public street, that made mr.*** even more mad, he didn't stop instead he would yell louder and *** in ***s face threatening "to go out back of the building with him to fight" That's when *** immediately told him to *** off his property or he would call the police and *** went back inside his shopMr.*** had to be escorted across the street back to his vehicle by another express auto body employee because of the scene he was making. After swearing up a storm at "*" and telling him "this would have never happened if some it didn't touch his seat""*" listened to Mr.*** and just kept trying to calm him down, Mr.*** finally left. He also never mentioned any problem with the paint or the body of the van only that his seat was moved. Mr.*** has been a problem customer since day 1. He is very aggressive, he doesn't care what anyone else says & he has no respect for people or their propertyHe has no shame with his behavior. We went above and beyond what we were suppose to do for mr.***. everytime he had an issue it was taken care of, except this last time only because he took it to far and threatened somebody. Thats when we couldn't deal with Mr.*** anymore

Just like MR.*** we have a copy of receipt, every time a customer comes in they *** a hard copy as do we. Once again, the van was finished in weeks as promised, Mr.*** was very impatient the entire time we were working on his van. He would constantly show up & call daily. He was very hard to work with. Yes the first issue was the roof but like I originally stated it was not in the original estimate, it was ONLY suppose to be buffed, but we DID end up painting it to please MR.***. There was NO rust/rot spot. As far as the white spots, those were just wet sand marks on ONE door which we also took care of for him no problem. As far as the seat being moved that's not the first time MR *** complained about that, even if the seat was moved not everyone is the same height as MR.***. He was very mad about his seat being moved. And this is the first time ive heard about his power seats "not working". Why didn't he mention that in his original complaint? MR.*** did insult an employee recently, it was HEARD by more than person. We do not warranty additional damages caused by customer, like scratches and dents. That would be their responsibility to *** that fixed. We also have pictures of MR.***s van and the work we did on file. He will not be receiving any type of refund, because not only was the job done, but we did more that what he paid for to try and please MR.*** with a roof paint job and numberous hand wax&buffs on full vehicle

[redacted] First off, the price was 2800 for the entire van. I have the paper work to prove it. it took 3 weeks to finish, [redacted] told me it would take 2. the 1st issue was the roof. the 2nd issue was the rot spot in front of the rear wheel well. we both seen white spots in at least 10 different places. [redacted] ask to wait till winter when he wasn't busy to take care of them. that's what I did. when I dropped off my van in Feb (3rd time) [redacted] said a few days, it took a week. when I picked it up I noticed my power seats DID NOT WORK. I wasn't mad because it was moved. I did stop in a few days later asking for [redacted]. I didn't call anybody STUPID or raise my voice at all. I asked an employee if [redacted] was here. I saw his wife & asked if [redacted] was here, she said,  No, I said I'll catch him later & I left. a day or two after that is when I stopped to talk to [redacted] at his hydroponic shop. [redacted] started to say to me "stop giving my wife a hard time."that's when all the yelling happened. if anybody has video of me raising my voice other than that one time, I would like to see it because it's a lie. 99% of he wrote is a lie & I'd like to see him prove what was in his statement.  now I have  seats that don't work a NEW ding on my door, a NEW scratch on hood & 2 white spots that never got done. I think a refund of $800 should take care of the body work. the seats are another issue. I have no idea what that will cost.
