Express Auto Body

Found this " mobile Auto body repair" on Craigslist under "Express Auto body repair 60%off"
Hired this guy"Jimmy" to repair and paint A kia Sorento card and than also a semi truck. Paid home for the KIA in full and gave him $500 deposit for paint and supplies for the truck job.
He came back after the weekend and started the work. Then asked for $1800 additional since his rent was overdue, and had to buy more paint... since I was already out $500 and he seemed like a "hard working family man" I gave him $1800 (that's $2300) that total cost of the job was $2500. He skipped a couple of days and then came back and in 1 afternoon finished the entire paint job!'
He painted over rust,stickers, sticker glue and holes...
His air compressor wasn't sufficient to get the job done, so I let him use a large one I had. When he was done he practically begged me to borrow the big air compressor...and I let him have it for a couple of days. It's been over a week and he will not take my calls, ignoring my texts and hung up on me when I blocked caller ID.
I have him an ultimatum to return it by Sunday or it will be considered THEFT.
There is no hint that he has any plans to return it to me!'
I also doubt that he has any intention on paying TAX on the $2500 I've paid him ..
