Review: Clear paint protector wrap improperly installed on new vehicle. The Issue was documented with photos over time showing the film to be peeling off. The vendor refused to replace the incorrectly applied section.Desired Settlement: Remove the peeling section and replaced with a properly installed section.
We have never denied to replace a film due to peeling. Even though peeling is a uncontrollable aspect by installer as the wrap does not leave or delivered peeling but can be peeled back due to countless reasons. Would love to hear more about this situation or maybe more details. We pride ourselves on customer service and stand behind our work even when it’s out of our control in most cases
