Review: car wash service cost $19.95 a month, fee was paid by [redacted] credit card automatically every month.problems occurred in month of July, 20131. 7/01/13 charged $19.952. 7/15/13 charged $10.943. 8/01/13 charged $19.954. 8/01/13 charged $19.955. 9/01/13 charged $19.956. 9/01/13 charged $19.95Once found out the problems I went to store and asked for refund, employees at store told me that they do not know to do the refund, they told me call ###-###-####.I called and left message, couple days later, Tide call me and told me call store Manager, his name is Sohi, ###-###-####, I called [redacted], explained the problems, he told me go back to store and he will have issues solved In 9/10/13, I came to store and spoke to [redacted], I showed him my credit card card statements and requested for refund of the double charges, over charged. [redacted] cancelled my car wash service and refunded $13.97 only, I told him if service cancelled he has to refund $19.95 plus partial $13.97 because fees were charged double total amount of refund should be $33.92 but [redacted] refused.Desired Settlement: refund $10.94 charged 7/15/13refund $19.95 charged 8/01/13 (total charged $39.95)refund $19.95 charged 9/01/13 (total charged $39.95)
