We apologize for any inconvenience this customer has experienced. In order to help rectify any inconvenience or misunderstanding, we refunded the customer's $250.00 deposit, as well as the full $100.00 for the Angie's List certificate she purchased, we gave her a $50.00 restaurant gift certificate...

and we reordered a replacement outside mounted shade at no charge to the customer.
