Since I am the one that made the complaint.True, I have been a long-standing client with this company for many years that's what upset me so badly about how I was treated in the lobby by Serroush.I had car brought in by friend of mine since he was paying Bill on it I had to work. So for them to say I had issues with funds is false!!! Person who brought it in also advised them to put new thermostat on it, as well. They had no plans on replacing it, but since it was radiator issue my friend thought good idea to get done while it was out, and in same area. They NEVER even mentioned 2 bad hoses. Because if they did mention to either one of us, it would of been MUCH EASIER to do BOTH at the time! Common sense. But they only replaced 1. I only picked car up when done. If money were an issue then my friend would of never asked for a new thermostat to be put on as well. Hose was only $20.A lot cheaper to fix THEN, then do 2 weeks later when other hose busted. Plus the tow fee of $90.When I called shop with same issue 2 weeks later and spoke to Serroush about this he said that he would "take care of towing bill". Here is where they got me saying I didn't have money for this.. it was for towing bill.I have NEVER had a car towed to them, so Tony saying I knew about how they handle towing is again.. false. They NEVER tried to "resolve" this. So when I went to pick up car the SECOND time around, they refused to even acknowledge that they were going to take care of my tow bill. Tony refused. Then I asked lady behind desk to get Serroush for me, she asked me to wait, and I did. Only to get my butt jumped in waiting room by him. I didn't get a word in.I would of gladly told them to put another hose on when it was there 1st time, IF they gave me Option, but they never did. Would of been a heck of alot easier than this. They had both our #s to call and ask. Lord knows they have before.I never EVER told them funds were "LIMITED" - that was in regards to my towing & a SECOND trip over there, for work that should of ALL been performed 1st time! So they got us for tow fee, hose, & labor - on second trip due to THEIR NEGLIGENCE, NOT for a lack of money. No way second hose could of gone bad in 2 weeks I was told by a few other mechanic. It would of been visible at time of my new radiator install.This isn't right, and no way to treat a loyal customer over 10years. I will never go back!! Thank you, [redacted]
