The service was great and the car was nearly new. My deposit came back on to my account 3 days after I turned in the car which is very fast from my past experiences. I would highly recommend this business to anyone that will be looking to travel with a stylish nearly new car. They call back to follow up with you to see if your experience was good or bad. Staff is very courteous and polite. I rented a 2016 Suburban, and when I picked it up from them, it had was very clean and had a full tank of gas. When I returned it a week later, it was after-hours. There was an after-hours key drop. They called me a few days later for a follow-up and asked if there were any issues. I'd recommend Express Car Rental at Chevrolet of Goldsboro to anyone.
