Express Services home improvements in Memphis is owned by [redacted]. He provided the worse service ever!!! I hired him to put carpet in one room and paint two rooms in my house. The paint job ended up nice, but they are very messy. He has 2 guys that appear to be alcoholics working for him and he bossed them around all day. They dropped paint all over my furniture and did a half [redacted] job around my doors. I had to go behind them and point out all the areas that they needed to get paint off. And, I also had to show them the areas that they missed (like the whole back of a door). SMH. As for the carpet, they had no clue how to lay it. They also did NOT seam it together at the seams. They used nails, like some dummies. They cut the first piece of carpet the wrong way and laid it. I told [redacted] that was unacceptable, and he said I'd have to pay for more carpet, even though it was their fault. I knew for sure that I was dealing with unprofessionals so I paid for more carpet in hopes they got it right that time and I just wanted them to be through so they wouldn't have to come back. But, no they still laid it wrong because now the piece they cut is laid backwards!! They also put nails all throughout the carpet. Big dummies!!! That's what I get for trusting unprofessionals by trying to save a buck. I wish I'd gotten a REAL carpet company to come out. I planned to take them to court, but I'm just going to let GOD deal with [redacted]- because get this, he's supposed to be a minister. But, he's playing with God. I'm a Christian woman, and he's mistreated one of God's own. I still tried to tell him I was very unsatisfied with my carpet, and he got an attitude with me and refused to fix the problem. I never want him to step foot in my house again to do anything. Recently, I've had professional carpet repair guys to give me an estimate to fix this catastrophe. I have to pay another $275 to have corrected. PLEASE BEWARE OF [redacted] AND HIS FAKE IMPROVEMENT COMPANY!! HE IS NOT A GODLY MAN AT ALL!
