our installer marked it as cold. We did not reach out further or get information that the deposit was not refunded. The Revdex.com complaint was the first that we heard of any issue (JLM). We spoke to customer as she sent email on same day of Revdex.com complaint and she elected to formally cancel. We are working to get her her full deposit for $1000 sent back. She indicated that this would resolve the issue. We are currently waiting for an email stating that she confirms cancellation and that this resolution works for her.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that the stated resolution is satisfactory to me.
I however, will not consider this complaint closed until I have received my refund.
