Express Concrete

Review: I had my side walk and driveway replaced in Oct 2012. After the winter in 2013 there is several places where the concrete started to crumble. I called the owner and discussed over the phone and asked him to come and look and advise what I needed to do to prevent the concrete from disintegrating and what was needed to make it right. He did mention that the winter was a bad one and road salt can do that, but I advised I wanted it looked at since it was only a little over a year old and I couldn't have it continue to disintegrate. He said to wait about a month until the weather warmed up and he would come out. Since this time I've left several messages and no return phone call. The concrete continues to crumble and each week I am sweeping up concrete granuals.Desired Settlement: I need for my concrete to be right. I understand this may involve additional costs within reason as long as the original job was performed correctly. I did consult with a concrete delivery person and he stated that contractor should have put a concrete sealer on because it is so close to the roadway. As well as when it was finished there was to much water so it did not finish correctly. Thank you.
