Regarding a recent complaint filed against us, ***, I am writing to express why this complaint should bedismissed.-We received *** *** *** *** *** order on the 27th of January and printed, addressed and properlybundled them with delivery to the post office that same day-*** called
in on Feb 17th saying that he lived on the route where the *** mailing was supposed to go andhe said he did not get his card, nor did a couple of his neighbors-The USPS tracking we have access too was inconclusive, something that they're not good at maintaining, so weimmediately called our USPS rep so they could investigate on their endUnfortunately this is not a quick processand can take a few weeks.-*** called back on the 18th, and was frustrated that we did not have an immediate answerWhile we canappreciate the desire of immediate answers, it must be understood we communicated clearly, and immediatelythat we did in fact meet our obligations to print, bundle and delivery the *** mail pieces to theUSPSHowever, once it enters the USPS system, we are at the mercy of their own processes
-After working with the USPS for over a decade I can tell you that getting answers about a specific mailing cantake weeks, and even then the information is often incomplete as we're reliant on letter carriers to remember aspecific mailing sent weeks ago because *** mailings do not have the type of tracking that traditional first classoffers.-Finally, given that the USPS was unable to provide any confirmation regarding the mailing we went ahead andrefunded the *** on the 15th, and notified him of this refund.If anything else is needed please let me know.Sincerely,Joshua a***VP of Sales & Marketing
