The car I purchased has major issues, I have Lost jobs because the car that I got from these crooks keeps breaking down they told me to drive all the way to the city and they would fix it, when I got there they said if they fix it they couldn't release it back to me because my payment is day late!!!!!! I have made attempts prior to this to get them to fix my car the first time they couldn't get me in for whole weeks, the second time I was told they were not responsible for coming and getting it and it was not drivable they stated that I would have to pay to have it towed, it was miles from the city, it was cheaper for me to pay the dollars and fix it my self! That didn't do much good days later something else is wrong, guess I'll have to shell out more cash to fix it myself on top of paying a month for the car!!! So if you can afford the a month and another for parts every month then you will love express credit auto!!!!

Re: Consumer: ***, ***
Company: Express Credit Auto, LLC
Case #: ***
Dear Revdex.com of Central Oklahoma:
Express Credit Auto, LLC ("ECA") is filing this response in connection with the above-referenced complaintAfter conducting an
investigation of *** ***'s ("Ms***") complaint, ECA would respectfully respond as follows
On February 7, 2014, Ms*** purchased a NISSAN SENTRA, VIN: 3N1AB61E69L("Vehicle"), from ECAIncluded with the purchase of the Vehicle was a "Limited Warranty." This Limited Warranty was valid from the date of sale for months or 36,miles whichever occurred firstAs noted in the Limited Warranty, the mileage at the time of was 75,A copy of the Limited Warranty is enclosed
On or about August 20, 2015, Ms*** brought the Vehicle to ECA's Warranty Department with complaints that the A/C was not blowing coldAt the time the Vehicle was brought in the mileage was noted to be approximately 119,Despite the Vehicle being out of warranty by over 8,miles, ECA elected to include the costs of the repairs under the Limited Warranty, replaced multiple components (including the A/C compressor, condenser drier, orifice tube) and recharged the A/C systemIn an effort to assist Ms***, ECA only charged a fee of $(under the Limited Warranty, each covered component is subject to a separate deductible of $100.00)Had ECA declined to cover those repairs, Ms***'s costs would have been in excess of $
On or about November 25, 2015, Ms*** brought the Vehicle back to ECA's Warranty Department, this time with complaints that the blower motor had stopped workingAt the time the Vehicle was brought in the mileage was noted to be approximately 127,Since the Vehicle was out of warranty by over 15,miles and the blower motor was not a covered component ECA declined to include the costs of those repairs under the Limited WarrantyHowever, in an effort to assist Ms***, ECA agreed to waive the costs of its labor (approximately hours at $per hour, or $337.50) if Ms*** would pay for cost of the part (approximately $350.00)Ms*** declined this offer and the Vehicle was returned to her without any repairs having been performed
Now, Ms*** demands that ECA further fix components (which it is not obligated to) or else pay her car payments of $(which have nothing to do with any warranty repairs)Despite Ms***'s assertions, the Limited Warranty expired on its own terms when the Vehicle surpassed 36,miles from the date of saleConsequently, ECA will not agree to provide Ms*** with her desired resolution
Respectfully,
*** ***

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2015/10/22) */
Mr. [redacted] purchased on 7/25/2014. Since his purchase his vehicle was taken to our warranty facility four times for different reasons (see attached) . All four times items, although not covered under the warranty contract, was replaced...

at no charge to Mr. [redacted]. On 9/11/2014 and 9/16/2014 Mr. [redacted] was issued a loaner vehicle for his inconvenience at no charge, despite Mr. [redacted] stating otherwise. Attached are copies of work performed each time Mr. [redacted] came to the ECA warranty department, again at no charge. Each time a resolution was found, and some cases, was never an issue- simply operator error. Mr. [redacted] claims of repossession is not a matter of the sale or service of his automobile. At this time ECA will consider this case resolved and closed.

Respectfully,

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2015/10/22) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
It was not operator error. I had several people look at the car, including a mechanic of 30+ years. If you cannot turn on the car with the key without having to jump start the car. Something is wrong. I have all the paper work showing they "fixed" my car. Also in the contract it says everything is covered under the warranty except things that get normal ware and tare. Tires, windshield wipers, etc. I honestly think I deserve the money back that I put into the car. I will bring the paper work showing what they did and most of them show that it is for the same exact issue, not several different ones like they claim. This issue is not resolved.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2015/10/27) */
Based on our investigation ECA fulfilled its obligations and then some; ECA will not be making any sort of arrangements with Mr. [redacted]. I feel no further response by ECA should be required and the case to be closed. In our last response documents were provided proving our good faith attempt to satisfy his issues when it was presented to our warranty facility.

I have attached copies of all work performed on Mr. [redacted] vehicle ( also attached in previous response) along with a copy of the "Limited Warranty" contract signed by Mr. [redacted]. Please refer to "covered components". Mr. [redacted] initialed the contract four (4) times and signed once (1) indicating the understanding of the contract. Further, I have indicated by highlights work requested by the customer, diagnostic, diagnoses, work performed, and notes. All worked performed at ECA Warranty department was at NO CHARGE despite being un-covered under the "limited warranty" contract.

Express Credit Auto strives for 100% customer satisfaction. ECA has provided sufficient supporting documentation which clearly shows ECA went above and beyond the requirements in order to preserve customer satisfaction. ECA will not be able to accept Mr. [redacted] offer to settle his complaint.

Thank you for your time, attention, and efforts.

Respectfully,

[redacted]

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/08/18) */

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/03/02) */
Dear Revdex.com of Central Oklahoma,
Complaint Response:
On or about 9/19/2014 Ms. [redacted] purchased a 2007 Saturn. On 10/15/2014 ECA/AAF mailed the certificate of title via U.S. Postal Service Certified mail (USPS tracking#...

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). On 11/17/2014 the title was listed as unclaimed by USPS and would be returned to Auto Advantage Finance. On 12/13/2014 first contact from Ms. [redacted] made to AAF teller located at ECA north lot with regards to title. On 12/17/2014 first contact made by Ms. [redacted] to AAF Account Management, and Title Department. AAF representatives informed customer the U.S. Post Office attempted delivery on 10/17/2014 and marked unclaimed on 11/17/2014. ECA/AAF did not receive return of the title from U.S. Post office until 12/29/2014. On 12/17/2014 AAF title department at the request of the customer prepared certified copies of the certificate of title for Ms. [redacted] to pick up.
ECA/AAF has performed all duties related to titling and lien perfection required by the State of Oklahoma.
Ms. [redacted] purchased the vehicle with XXXXXX miles and on February 13,2015 when the vehicle was checked in to the warranty department the vehicle now has XXXXXX miles. The customer has driven over 6000 miles since the date of purchase and has not contacted the warranty department at anytime since the date of purchase until February 4, 2015. The customer spoke with a warranty advisor on 2/4/15 in regards to her vehicle not accelerating and revving up to a high RPM while driving. ECA Warranty informed Mrs. [redacted] that we would supply a loaner vehicle once one became available and she had insurance. Ms. [redacted] at the time a loaner vehicle came available did not meet the requirements set by the state to release a loaner vehicle to.
The vehicle was dropped off at the warranty department on Friday February 13. The customer was contacted on February 18 in regards to her vehicle. She was informed that her vehicle would need a transmission and the vehicle had several codes saved in the PCM for shift solenoids. The vehicle was also driven to warranty and at the time of check in the CHECK ENGINE light was not displayed. Mrs. [redacted] deductible was also being waived for customer satisfaction and other issues she has had. The customers vehicle is currently being worked on at the warranty department and should be finished later this week. The parts to complete the repairs have been ordered and we are currently waiting on them to arrive.
Ms. [redacted] has been contacted with an offer on Friday February 27, 2015. Ms. [redacted] informed the ECA/AAF representative that she will be contact the Revdex.com for further assistance. ECA/AAF has worked diligently to satisfy Ms. Nelsons concerns. ECA is dedicated in providing superior customer care and service. Ms. [redacted]'s desired resolution will not be acceptable at this time.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/03/02) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I cannot accept an offer that is not clearly stated in their above repsonse.
In regards to my title. I spoke with the title department on October 14th, 2014, at which time I state concern about not receiving my title. They told me they had mailed it. I made several trips to Express Credit Auto trying to retrieve my title. At no time could they ever produce it. Even when I spoke with their store manager, [redacted], on 2/4/15, he could not produce the title either. I took it upon myself to contact a tag agency and they stated that Express Credit Auto filed for a lost title in Feb. 2015. If they had the title, why did they need to file for a lost title?
Again, I cannot accept a resolution that is not clearly described or outlined in the above referenced response from Express Credit Auto. If they would like to submit an actual resolution, I'd be happy to Co side the offer and get back with the Revdex.com.
Resoectfuy,

Dear Revdex.com of Central Oklahoma,
ECA/AAF Representatives have been unsuccessful after several attempts to contact Ms. [redacted] with a resolution. Express Credit Auto has given Ms. [redacted] a number of options at no cost to her to resolve her complaint. Since our attempts to contact Ms. [redacted] for resolution and the return of the loaner vehicle have been ignored we are forced to close this case with Revdex.com of Central Oklahoma.
Thank you for your time and attention in this matter. Should you need further assistance please do not hesitate contacting me.
