The credit union received a complaint from a Washington State government agency onOctober 2nd for the member referenced above. The credit union responded to themember and the agency on October 21st.

website that opens the Schedule of Account Fees. The schedule includes a$15.00 fee to dispute non-fraud debit and credit card transactions.
The member was also informed that additional research was undertaken to review thedisputed transactions mentioned by the member. The debit card authorization recordsfor the disputed items reveal that even though the items posted to the member's accounton the same business day the transactions were authorized by the merchant on differentdays and at different times.
The options available to the member to continue to work toward a resolution wereoutlined in our letter to the member on October 21st. To date the member has notresponded to our communication.
