Review: I purchased a [redacted] Stainless Steel sink (model KHF-203-36) from Express Decor.com and after receipt my kitchen contractor stated that the sink would not fit my cabinet layout. I attempted to contact Expressdecor.com via email, live chat and voice mail no less than 6 times over a period of two weeks, with no response what-so-ever. I had to purchase another sink of similar design, except it was a 33" model and I purchased it from Expressdecor.com, thinking that it would make it easier to process the return of the 36" model. They called me to verify my shipping address, as it was their standard practice, and when I attempted to discuss the return of the 36" model, they stated that they would call me back and hung up. No call ever came. I emailed and called them several more times to no avail. I then contacted the manufacturer of the sink, [redacted] and they were finally able to assist me after they attempted to work with this vendor of theirs. They could not get resolution through them as well so [redacted] has stated that they will handle the return and supposedly will issue a credit to my [redacted] card.

I called Expressdecor.com well within their 30-day money back guarantee and they failed to abide by it. I had purchased items from them back in 2012 and had no issues then, but it appears now that this outfit is not going to be in business much longer and have decided to not honor their guarantees and provide zero customer service and support after the sale.Desired Settlement: Credit my ISA card for the full amount paid of $431.95. Please post this in your website so other customers can be made aware of this business not living up to its policies.

Review: Attempted to order a faucet on 2/**/2015. Said it would ship within 4-6 days. After not receiving the faucet, I logged in to my account through their website and saw that the faucet order was "on hold", and there was a bogus note that they had attempted to call me and were awaiting "call verification". My cell phone records show I've never received ANY such call. I tried contacting them via their "live chat" which just forces you to leave a message, I've tried contacting them via email with NO response, and have tried contacting them via phone as well. Now there is yet ANOTHER bogus note in "my account" saying that they emailed me and are awaiting "call verification". Again, this is blatantly false. I've received NO correspondence from them, despite repeated attempts to first check on the status of this order, then to cancel the order. No response AT ALL, not even an autoresponder letting me know they got my emailed requests.Desired Settlement: I want SOMEONE from this company to confirm that this order is CANCELLED

Review: placed website order for $200 item on 4/**/15, they took immediate payment from [redacted], changed the status of the ordered item to "on hold" in my account on their website. Two months later, item has not been delivered, money not refunded, company has not responded to multiple emails, company cannot be reached on the listed phone numbers, company's chat on website has been terminatedDesired Settlement: complete refund; it appears that this company is a fraud and their business practices include stalling a customer's order until beyond 30 day [redacted] refund window.

Review: Made an online purchase from [redacted] on 04/**/2015. Order totaled $289.00 and was processed using [redacted] account. After several days of checking on order status and noticing no delivery departure I became concerned. Tried their live chat but that didn't work. Used their web site messaging but never received a response. Left several calls to their customer service number. Never got to speak to a person. Always a recorded message. Left messages but they were never returned. On 04/**/2015 I opened a claim with [redacted]. I also sent an email to their information web address and also a email address supplied by [redacted] which is supposed to belong to the [redacted]. As of 04/**/2015 I still have not received a response from the company and they haven't refunded the money either.Desired Settlement: I just want them to refund the money they charged . At this point I couldn't trust anything they said. I believe that in time [redacted] will resolve this in my favor. But it's disturbing to have your money tied up and to have to wait the process out. I'm also filing this complaint with Revdex.com in the hope that they'll be exposed as a fraudulent business. Their website is still on the internet and unfortunately others like myself may fall prey to their deceptive practices.
