Review: Someone from this business called and mislead the staff member that does our ordering, and made her think they were affiliated our leasing company, Thermocopy. They said the toner pricing was going up and they wanted to lock us into a lower rate. Unaware of this scam she ordered toner. It appears that they have set us on some type of auto ship transaction, since we keep receiving toner. I contacted Thermocopy in Knoxville, where we have our fax/copy machine lease, and our toner is included in our contract with them. I was told by an employee that this company is calling many of their cleints and misleading them and making them think they are affiliated with Thermocopy. We have been charged $3385.88 on a current invoice, and another $4063.05 on two other invoices.I contacted the company, in an attempt to return the toner ,and be issued a refund for the other two invoices that we already paid, and recieve a credit on the other invoice for $3385.88, I still have yet to recieve a call back. I left a voicemail on 9.8.14 and again on 9.12.14. When you call you never get the option of speaking to a representative. I have left two voicemails, and their automated system states you will receive a call back within 24 hours. I still have not heard back. My invoice numbers are [redacted], and [redacted]. I was informed by Thermocopy that this toner sells for around 3$30 a drum, we are being charges $298 per drum. I am the office manager for this surgeons office, and as soon as Dr Drinnen informed me of the invoice total I immediately got invovled.Desired Settlement: I wish to return 19 of the 22 toner drums that have been shipped to us. I would request that the three drums that we have used to date be sold to us for usual price of $30 each. Our refund total should be $3973.05. This is the two invioces that we already pd. The invoice totals already paid are $2708.70 and $1354.35 minus $90 for three toner cartridges already used. The last invoice can just be deleted since we have not paid this balance, and the merchandise will be returned.

Review: Express contacted me implying that they were with Canon and stating that we needed new toner for our copier before the prices went up. I thought this was a legit call so I ordered one toner. A few weeks later I got another call stating the same thing. When I told them that I had just talked to someone a few weeks ago and that we did not need toner, they hung up on me. That made me suspicious. Today I received an invoice for the toner that we did order. It is nearly $900!!! When I check on Canon's website we can get this toner from the actual company for a 1/4 of what we were charged by this predatory company.

I am livid that they call people and trick them into ordering toner that they don't need and for insanely inflated prices. I have tried calling the company a number of times and I only get voicemail. No company directory. This company needs to be put of out of business!Desired Settlement: They need to let me return the toner I ordered for a zero balance on the account and they need to NEVER contact Hublot again.

Review: I have received an invoice for a toner cartridge no one ordered. I have called twice and gotten an answering machine both times. Bridgewater Wholesalers is not, and never has been, a customer of Express Distribution Center.Desired Settlement: I will need a letter from Express Distribution Center stating that their invoice # [redacted] is erroneous, and that Bridgewater Wholesalers is in no way indebted to Express Distribution Center.
