Re: complaint ID [redacted] Dear Ms [redacted] : I am the Attorney for Express Dry Clearner at [redacted] My client is always very concerned with customer complaints and typically achieves customer satisfaction in the service she providesMy client has discussed the issue with the complainant and asked her to come to her business, and she offered to provide her with a discount, however, the complainant did not follow through In regards to your letter dated August 2, and the Complaint My client has reviewed the paper receipts and has not found any receipt for the items that appeared in her complaint It is believed that she did not have her cleaning done because the price she believed the ad said was not being charged As for the Ad in the red book, Express Dry Cleaner does not advertise in this publication so at this time her claim is a mistake Any such advertisement would have to be produced by her for further consideration by Express Dry Cleaners Based on the fact that there is no such advertisement, my client can not meet her desired outcome As for the prices she believes she was told for her cleaning, it appears that she most likely wanted her cleaning within an hour In order to provide cleaning in hour the charges are increased to cover the expense of running the machinery for a small production load We do understand that the Complainant had expense in time to visit the business, and was unable to have her cleaning done at a satisfactory price My client is willing to provide her a discount on her next cleaning need In order for her to take advantage of this she will need to visit and speak to the manager At that time a discount coupon will be provided I thank you for your attention to this matter At this time Express Dry Cleaners is considering this complaint a completed and closed issue Very truly yours, [redacted] [redacted]

I'm emailing you regarding a complaint that was filed by Gloria [redacted] on July 17, 2016.First, I'd like to clarify that I have never advertised my dry cleaning service in "red book" as Ms. [redacted]...

The increased prices that were mentioned in the email are charged to customers who are requesting a 1-hour service or same day service.My only concern in this matter is that I did get in contact with Ms. [redacted] to discuss the matter; however she does not recall the date nor time that she came to drop off her clothing. Also, I couldn't find any type of receipt that illustrated these exact prices. If you would like you may inspect any receipts from the past few months or any cameras with audio.Finally, I am more than happy to converse about my services with my customers. I want each and every individual to receive the customer service that goes beyond their expectations.
