I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I maintain that the cleaning crew broke my shower faucet either during the process of cleaning my shower or as they were trying to turn my shower off. The lever was turned all the way to the bottom and the piece that broke was balanced with the sponges to appear as if nothing were wrong. No one touched the shower from the time it was cleaned to the time I saw the piece was broken in half because no one was there other than the cleaning crew. I was at work while they were cleaning. I would also like to add that even after ALL of this I received a call on 11/25 from Molly Maids informing me that a crew would be at my house the following Monday for a scheduled cleaning. This is after cancelling twice now AND the bait and switch of the so called free service. What do I have to do to get my service cancelled? I told them to take me off of the list and not to contact me again.

Good afternoon [redacted], after reviewing the complaint let me explain what happened the day of the cleaning. We tried to please the customer by offering a free service because she hadn’t been happy. We called and followed up the next day to find that she was very pleased with the cleaning. She...
called back later and talked to the Operations Manager saying that we broke her shower faucet. Our policy is to first talk to the crew to find out what happened. We are insured and bonded and our policy is that if something is broken they are to call the office to notify us and to leave a note for the customer, unless the customer is present then they are to report it to them. We have had incidences in the past where something gets broken and we ask the crew to take a picture, send it to the Operations Manager who will then replace it. The following day the Operations Manager spoke with the crew and was told that the shower faucet was intact when they left. If they had broken it at the time they were cleaning they would not have been able to clean her shower. I apologize for all the inconveniences that we may have caused her, our intentions were to make her happy by offering a free service. In regards to her broken faucet, although we are confident that our employees did not break it, we are willing to reimburse her the $50.00. Molly Maid is a professional company that takes pride in customer satisfaction. [redacted]
