I HIRED EXPRESS TO REMOVE PROBLEM TENANTS.. In the beginning I sent them the lease and they spelled the tenants last name wrong when I mentioned it " typing error.."they left it like that the 5 months it took to end with no results and thousands of $..we did a squash a demure a discovery which I paid for and tenants never showed up up court. the tenants wanted jury trial?WHAT' I am just trying to get my home back..so now 6 months later no rent for 6 months..the tenants are still there and I was told to dimiss the case I would lose? NOW WHAT

Lesleigh in the Victorville CA office ticked off the wrong landlord I hired Express Evictions and received good customer service from April but that quickly changed when my case was contested and I was handed over to Lesleigh She's curt, condescending, and confrontational! Who needs that from the company you hired to help you out of a legal nightmare with deadbeat tenants? I'm completely in the dark when it comes to this matter and apparently asking questions is perceived as being negative and a challenge I was met with harshness She was extremely confrontational and repeatedly attempted to put me in my place and assert her dominance to the point that I felt it necessary to request that someone else handle my caseI was then mislead by Roger who told me that he would be handling the case and that I would not have to deal with Lesleigh, only to find out a week later that he can't even file the paperwork and if I wanted EE to handle the case I had to stay with Lesleigh I finally got fed up with the stress of being beat up by her in condescending, curt, confrontational emails and fired EE with the caution that I was going to make as many bad reviews as possible regarding the unpleasant experience I had with them Within hrs of the first bad review being posted I got a call from someone named Mark leaving a message to call him, stating that he is Lesleigh ' s bossReally? Seriously? Now they want to make it right and do damage control? Too late! Where was Mark when I asked for help? Why didn't I get a call from him when I made the complaint about Lesleigh in the first place?
