To whomever it may concern,I received the complaint letter from Mr [redacted] regarding the issue with our car wash and I am very sorry for this incidentWe have two clear signs at the entrance of the car wash warning that we are NOT responsible for any damages to vehicles deciding to use our car wash On averagewe wash over cars a day and we get very few complaints regarding vehicle damages from the wash, with those that complain having significantly older vehicles with loose exterior parts.In regards to my manager, I cannot believe that my manager spoke with our customer like that and I can assure you that there is no room in my business for employees who speak with customers the way Mr [redacted] describes.Again I apologize for the incident and hope Mr [redacted] accepts my apology.Thank you, [redacted]

This is a response to your letter dated September 24, 2014 -reference ID [redacted].
 
Our automatic carwash has washed an average of 60 vehicles per day for the past four to five years and has never damaged any vehicles, other than some wiper blades on larger SUV’s for which we have a clear sign for that indicates use of the touch free washes instead (No Brushes).
 
Mr. [redacted] claims that our carwash has damaged his rear right bumper; however, our carwash uses a soft brush and has sensors on each brush rollers which would cause the carwash to stop if any force or pressure on those brushes occurs. Therefore, fortunately, it is practically impossible for the carwash to have damaged the bumper.
 
This vehicle undoubtedly must have been damaged prior to arrival at our carwash leading to the conclusion that Mr. [redacted] is attempting to take advantage of our business unjustly. Evidence for this lies with his purchase agreement dated February 18, 2014 (four month prior to the damage), DMV registration, and finally the Carfax, which does not even indicate this apparent damage.
 
We truly value and appreciate our customers and try to resolve any problem we can but we firmly believe that we are not at fault for this incident.

Review: On September 2 between 10 pm to 11 am I enter this business property to purchase a car wash for my 2011 Honda Pilot black color and after the was was complet I found my rear windshield wiper was damages (broke of ) I used this service before 20 times exact and then I enter the gast station to talk to manager that wat just happen and simply to seek apology but the manager was like in this exact words came out of the manger - oh u should know better noth to enter the car was unless you regard all what it says there you dumfk I was shocked and very very very upset to see and hear all this know I demand refund for the repai of my windshield wiper and I seek a apology from this bussniess and this bussniess need to be close after so much bad review on yelp

Review: On June 22 of 2014, my car was damage during the car wash service, damage my bumper, there was no one in the scene to help me, I felt the my car was moving abnormally, I thought that the structure was collapsing. I ran outside my vehicle and left the car on and my car locked. The right rear bumper was damage. I call 911 for assistance, The Officer contacted the Manager of the car wash and completed an exchange of information. I had to call my insurance to send someone unlock my car. I call my employer to notify the accident and I missed three hours of work. The person in charge mentioned to fix all damages of my car and to let know the owner of the business about the incident. It has passed more 2 months and my car is still damage, I had talk to the the person in charge and they reject to pay my car damage. Expenses are not greater then 5,000 Dollars, Damages Expenses 871.00 Dollars plus rental car services.Desired Settlement: The company is responsible for all damages and additional expenses, since the accident occur on their facilities, plus I did not failed the car wash procedures of the car wash service. I drove my car in and followed instructions just as posted at the entrance of the start point. There is plenty of evidence the justify that the car wash machine damage my car, there is pictures and the business has video surveillance of the accident. The Police declaration of the liability of the company and damages to my car.
