Dexter Educational we sent her a check for the full refund of $1,000. We will be investigaing this matter further, however it would be of great help if you can provide us with any documentation with regards to Express Funding withdrawing $1,000 out of the account.

Review: I dealt with this company regarding a merchant cash advance loan. Over the phone I was told that we would receive $10,000 net and the payback amount would be $13,125 over 3.5 months. When the contract was received, the payback amount was stated as $14,000. I then asked them about the difference and was given a somewhat vague explanation that the loan would be refinanced after 50% paid off resulting in a repayment of $13,125. I asked to get an email from them in writing to state this, which they did send me. I also asked for confirmation that $10,000 would be recieved without any additional fees deducted which they did.

After the loan was funded, there was $500 fee which had been hidden in the contract paperwork and not mentioned even though they were asked about any additional fees. Also, after only one month after funding we were in position to repay the loan and asked for the payoff amount. The payoff letter received cited the $14,000 figure with a discount of 3.5% which came to $13,510. When asked to review the charges and honor the original quote they did not respond to emails and when called would give a reply like "We'll look into it and call you back" without any return phone calls. The loan has now been repaid at the higher rate.Desired Settlement: Refund of $885. The unmentioned fee of $500 plus the $385 difference between the original stated amount and actual payoff amount.

Review: They are liars and users. They lied to me, they stole from me, and used me. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: 1,000 thats how much they stole right out of my bank account.
