Express Garage Door Company Inc.

Review: On 01/19/2011, we repaired our garage door through Express Garage Door. The spring was broken and they came out investigated the situation. Technician name Joe came out and he repaired the springs, however, he said he doesn't have the new parts so he will use what he had in his truck which were used parts. He said they were used parts but would be fine. However, he wrote on his invoice that he would give us 5 years warranty on parts and labor. He charged us with new parts cost but installed used parts.

On 10/14/14, our garage door broke. We called the company number, Express Garage Door, printed on the invoice. We assumed Joe picked up. We told him that our garage door is not working properly and requested someone to come out and investigate the situation. He asked the property address and after that, he said he didnt like the tone of our voice and he has no reason to come out and hung up on us. We tried to call few more times and left a voice message but no return calls from him. Since we had to fix our garage door, we called other company to repair our garage door. The new repair cost $465.00 and was paid to the new company.Desired Settlement: I want him to send us the total repair cost of $465.00.
