These people put the wrong model glass in my Buick enclave and then took 4days to come back out and came out with plexiglass instead of regular windshield, when I refused it they said they will see what they can do
After having three appointments to replace one windshield be cancelled by this company I can honestly say that I would never ever attempt to get a windshield through this company ever again nor do I recommend anybody else to try to deal with these people they may be nice on the phone but they don't have their stuff together and wasting days of my time cost me a lot more money than if I were to pay for this windshield out of pocket times
I was approached at a car wash by a young girl telling me I needed a new windshieldAnd being a resident of Florida insurance companies waive the deductible She asked for insurance information and called themThen she said they would call back and want to ask me a couple questionsWhile on the phone she told me to tell them I had a few cracks in the windshield ( which was a lie)When I got home I called my insurance company and told them it was a lieThey said they would make note of it
My office in Orlando was recently visited by one of their repsShe has been here days in a row disrupting businessMy car the only one not here yesterday with her first visit some how randomly had glass damage upon her arrivalAnother employee has damage in the same area who didn't recall seeing anything earlier and overall there was cars in our lot with damageI find it highly suspicious and have read reviews of this company doing acts like this, chipping peoples windshieldsAt the end of the day now I need a new windshield thanks to this company who should be paying for it
I spoke with local authorities and they advised me to write here and see if any other businesses in area have seen anything or have cameras that show anythingWhen the rep shows up tomorrow again I will have her trespassed
