Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We had to file a report for grand theft with the city of [redacted] police deptThey told Joe H [redacted] that if he did not give us our money back, that he would be arrestedWe DID get our money back...there was no contract...he wrote up a piece of paper with a fake estimate for gutters and soffets...not the windows and door we ordered and was to have put in by him and his businessAfter he gave us our money back (with a police officer present...per our request), he told my husband that he still had the windows and door that he ordered for us...the same windows and door that he told us and the police that he returned and had to pay a restocking feeHe had no other options on Thursday morning the 18th...because the police were going to put a warrant out for his arrest...which I have found out he does have another warrant out for him in another cityThis owner of this company has a serious problem with stealing from people and lyingI dont trust him and didnt like the fact that he had my husband sign this paper that he threw in his face...knowing they were friends at one pointSo, this is why I do not accept the responseHe DID give us the money...only the amount we wrote the check for...and not the interest we paid for the last months on waiting for our windows and doorIf the police werent involved, we would still be waitingI would like this statement put on the Revdex.com site for all to see, because if he can scam friends, he has no remorse scamming others that he doesnt knowI hope he seeks help for his problemsSuch a shame he has done this to our family...and thinks he can just walk away unscathed!
