Review: Express Home Solution is fraudulent! They claim to be third parties who contact the homeowners lenders to help in loan modifications and they DO NOT. Express Home Solution is a scam! In 2010 EHS came to my house and painted a pretty picture as how efficient and successful they were with loan modifications and they LIE! They collected $3000.00 and promised for services for which they did not deliver! My bank was reaching out to me on a daily basis to collect payment that Express Home Solution advised I stop making. I told the bank that a third party would speak on my behalf and if they had contacted the bank. The bank replied no. I'd called [redacted] or [redacted] at Express Home Solution and they were either away or busy, never making themselves available to speak to me. They've cause severe suffering in this matter as I almost lost my home because of them. How do they sleep at night knowing they are intentionally hurting families? I demand they give me a full refund or I just may have to consult my attorney and take legal action. They took my money for services they did not do! They need to be stopped!
