Original set of bed ends was left at the front door. Customer said they didn't receive it, so we sent another set of bed ends which were also left at the front door. Attached are the two delivery notifications. Please let me know if there is anything else that is needed.
Spoke with [redacted] today after leaving her a message yesterday. We are sending out bed end brackets so that the bed ends will fit. The bed end brackets are very easy to install and should be able to be installed by anyone. Brackets should be received by the end of the week.
