There reply was incomplete since no dollar amount was indicated Further, an additional $automatic withdrawal was taken from my account on 9/20/So, they automatically withdrew $in monthly minimums on top of another $because the monies in my express account fell below $due to their automatic monthly minimum charges occurring without my knowledge since billing occurs quarterlyTo sum it up, they took $due to a $toll charge from my out of state visitor who drove thru the wrong lane triggering this whole fiascoI'd really like my 3+ lane account reinstated and the full fees reimbursedI just called them and learned they reimbursed $on 11/3/(this was from the additional $they withdrew on 9/20)I'd still like $in monthly minimum charges reimbursed and a new 3+ lane account setup
