The company recently changed the formula of their productWhen I placed my order the website showed the old formulaI was not told of this changeI noticed the packaging was different as was the consistencyFive days into using this product I developed an allergyI stopped using on day when I was sure it was caused by this productThe rash has begun to clear upI've asked for a full refund but got a canned response that only unopened boxes are refunded in a day from order time frameNo offer of paying for shipping which would cost over $but would not get it to them in timeIt would cost me $to ship for them to receive in the day time frameNot letting us know the formula changed and keeping the old information on the website until just a few days ago is advertising! The company recently changed the formula of their product. When I placed my order the website showed the old formula. I was not told of this change. I noticed the packaging was different as was the consistency. Five days into using this product I developed an allergy. I stopped using on day 10 when I was sure it was caused by this product. The rash has begun to clear up. I've asked for a full refund but got a canned response that only unopened boxes are refunded in a 30 day from order time frame. No offer of paying for shipping which would cost over $10 but would not get it to them in time. It would cost me $25 to ship for them to receive in the 30 day time frame. Not letting us know the formula changed and keeping the old information on the website until just a few days ago is false advertising! To make matters worse, the new formula isn't half as good as the old was. I paid too much for this product to get this type of response. Customer service sucks. The address for return is the same as listed in the previous complaint on here. That person apparently never received their refund after returning the product. This company should not be in business if they are going to treat their customers in this manner.
