The information Mueller Construction has emailed you is NOT true.  I was NEVER  sent a receipt by Mueller.  I had to contact the corporate office of Lowe's to receive it.  Also, yes, Mueller only sent me a quote for the materials but stated that labor would NOT be charged to me since the circumstances of the flooring to be installed was unexpected.  I am completely unsatisfied with this response.

We pride ourselves on superior customer service and satifaction. The job was quoted out as a complete job. All product was to be supplied by Mueller Construction, which it was for the quote. This was NOT a time and material quote. The customer agreed to the quote. The customer had changed her mind on numerous occasions. Why the customer feels the need to go to my company's supplier is ridiculous. This was a product purchased from Mueller Construction as per the invoice. In addition, the customer was emailed a receipt as she requested.
 
Mueller Construction will reemail an invoice to the customer .
