Review: Express Marble and Granite was referred to me by [redacted] and Company (contractor). We needed minor repairs done to our kitchen granite. [redacted] from Express Marble came out and gave us a quote, we hired them and set a date to have the repairs done. They didn't show up on the scheduled date. I called them and they said their receptionist quit and erased all appointments. We rescheduled they came out and did the minor repair of the granite near our refrigerator. We needed part of the granite shaved down so the new ** Monogram refrigerator ($9000) would not bumped it and scrape the refrigerator. They shaved down a 1/2 of an inch (again very minor) but while doing the work they must have got granite dust on the refrigerator door and then wiped it in a circular motion with a paper towel and scratched the door of the refrigerator. I called them immediately they couldn't have been even out of our neighborhood (3-5 minutes) no answer so I called their office and Art said he would have to look into and call me back. Art never called back, I called back numerous times (I exact dates and times documented) I then talked to [redacted], who is supposedly the manager and he was the most unprofessional person I have ever spoke to. He said he would come by with [redacted] the person who performed the work and he never showed up on 3 different dates. I have called several times again and again no response and no return phone call.Desired Settlement: They need to fix or replace our brand new refrigerator door.
