I am still having problems with Colony homes.  I had a service tech come and fix my bathroom, and while he was here he took pictures of both my front and rear doors because they are warped.  I got a phone call from the manufacturer of the doors stating they got a claim for the rear door and not the front door.  It took me 5 calls later to get someone to put the claim in.  I got another phone call from the manufacturer wanting to know where the pictures were. The claim was put in February . and i'm still dealing with this.  I called Colony to get a hold of someone, and every time I called everybody was busy so I would leave messages and 2 different times to the manager and nobody called me back for 2 weeks. I finally got a hold of someone and asked where the pictures were and I was told that the service tech deleted them off his phone, and his exact words were" he cant keep thousands of pictures on his phone and take your own pictures and e mail them to me I don't know what else to tell you".  First of all the tech told me he was going to give the pictures to the manager the next day, and I shouldn't have to do their job for them.  Plus I don't like being ignored when I have issues involving their product.

Just as a quick response to this email, I personally delivered the exterior doors for this customer to her Retailer in Montpielier, Vermont.  They have assured me that they will be contacting their customer to make arrangements to replace the unsatisfactory doors.  I will be in contact with the customer’s retailer and will send a formal reply to you when I am assured that the issues have been rectified.Respectfully, Rick F[redacted]
