The copy of invoice from July States that Mr *** sewer line that was stopped up, the tech removed several personal wipes and a root ball out of the sewer line to clear sewer lineMr *** knew on that date that his sewer line was compromised and roots are growing into line
catching paper creating the blockageHe did not want any repairs to be made to remove bad pipeI cannot warranty a sewer pipe that is broken against future stoppagesThis is stated on his invoice.The copy of invoice from November States than Mr *** sewer line stopped up againTechnician ran sewer machine to clear blockage on sewer line. The technician also ran a camera down the sewer line and showed the customer on the video camera that he has trouble spots in his sewer line with roots growing into pipeMr *** once again did not want repairs madeI cannot warranty a sewer pipe that has roots growing into itThat is stated on his invoice.Mr *** is not telling the truth about this, we did locate the problem and he refused to have us make the repairs to solve his issue with broken sewer pipe. When Mr*** had us out to clear his stopped up sewer the line was cleared and he did not mention any other issues before we left his houseThree weeks later he calls and has a blockage on a different line that we did not provide service onMr*** had a separate stoppage on his sewer systemThe line we cleared was still working.As to roots in the sewer line no mater how big or small they are all roots catch toilet paper.*** *** Master Plumber ***Express Master Plumbing

I am rejecting this response because:the system has dual lines they never cleaned the other line and that is where the blockage was another plumber cleared it and charged me for what Express should have done in the first place. the camera showed one small root in my line not enough to cause a problem since the blockage was in the other line that they didn't even look at.
