of the 3.0 ml vials. The manufacturer of this product unfortunately  uses the same vial for offering both a 5 ml option and a 3 ml option. This falsely gives the impression that the 3ml vial is not complete but it does indeed have 3ml of solution.We are a small company and when I questioned our customer service team, no one remembers speaking with you. Do you happen to remember the name of the person you communicated with? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted],. It's not satisfactory to me because Mr. [redacted] claims no one remembers taking my calls. I have called twice spoke with a lady and her voice sounds just like the recording on your voice mail. The second call was answered by a man who took my phone number and said he will call me back and he never did. Your customer service people just did not want to deal with the matter, that's all. I will go ahead and keep the order and never buy from your company again!!!
