On July 3rd Mr[redacted] came to the store to try and get his device fixed (Samsung Galaxy S6) keeping in mind that the phone came in no working condition, now since we did not had the part on stock we placed a special order that same day and told him it would be ready the next day unfortunately the part that we got we assumed it was defective since it was not turning on so due to the situation we went ahead and order another screen out out of our own pocket on July 7th and did a overnight shipping due to what was going on and keeping in mind each screen its $long story short the part came in and still the screen was not showing any type of feedback so we just went ahead and order a 3rd screen hoping the previous screen where defective but on the 11th when we got the screen it was doing the same thing so at this point we came to the conclusion that his phone its doing a shortage because of the drop at this point we tried to explain numerous times what was causing the problem but he just showed no effort on trying to understand the situationi will be attaching the invoice orders for proof and to this point we lost over $on parts with no possible refund or credit from our vendor due to the damage the phone was causing to the screens
