Contained here is our response to our Customer: [redacted] Express Homes, Incas an authorized builder with [redacted] ***, did contract to build a modular home with [redacted] We signed a contract to provide his home from [redacted] in Rocky MtVA and we deposited the home with the factory to begin productionHis home was halfway through the production process when [redacted] filed for bankruptcy.Express Modular committed to [redacted] that we would provide his home (we lost the deposit) through another manufacturer to meet our contractual commitmentsDuring this time We had his home plan redrawn and we re-ordered and redeposited his home with another manufacturer [redacted] Custom Modular Homes located in PennsylvaniaWe are also an authorized builder/dealer for their companyAs such, We must abide by their service and warranty agreement that we have signed with them[redacted] 's home was set and immediately, Don B [redacted] (of Express HomesInc.) communicated to the factory in Writing the list of shortages, concerns, and Services issues with the homeDon also contacted [redacted] to keep him updatedDon either called or emailed [redacted] every couple of days and either answered every call from [redacted] or returned his calls on the same day in almost every situation when a message was leftHowever, the service manager at [redacted] took approximately weeks to respond to the initial list of concerns from [redacted] 's home.After [redacted] 's Revdex.com filing, [redacted] sent the Service Manager from their facility to his home site to do a review of the issues and to get them resolvedWe have been awaiting their report and have received it at the end of day on last FridayPer their own findings, [redacted] is taking responsibility and fixing or resolving all the issues notedThree issues were noted that they would like us to resolveWe have worked with them as one of the issues is their issue and they have agreed to take care of itThe second issue is to remove a half wall that was on the drawing and built but [redacted] wanted removedHis onsite GC has done that alreadyThe final issue is the size of interior doorsWe are Working with [redacted] 's local GC to resize the openings to installed the larger doors that he wants but weren’t on the signed drawings.We believe that we have been responsive to [redacted] throughout this processWhile no one expected the original factory to go bankrupt, We have stood behind the home, communicated Status with the customer and followed up with the factory [redacted] has now sent their service manager to the site and reached agreement with [redacted] on the fixes and services to be performedIt is our understanding that [redacted] has scheduled a final service call to his site for next Monday which should resolve all remaining issues,The end result will meet [redacted] 's request of having his home completedWe hope that this resolves this issue going forwardPlease contact us if you have any questions at ###-###-####

We have been awaiting their report and have received it at the end of day on last Friday. Per their own findings, [redacted] is taking responsibility and fixing or resolving all the issues noted. Three issues were noted that they would like us to resolve. We have worked with them as one of the issues is their issue and they have agreed to take care of it. The second issue is to remove a half wall that was on the drawing and built but [redacted] wanted removed. His onsite GC has done that already. The final issue is the size of 5 interior doors. We are Working with [redacted]'s local GC to resize the openings to installed the larger doors that he wants but weren’t on the signed drawings.We believe that we have been responsive to [redacted] throughout this process. While no one expected the original factory to go bankrupt, We have stood behind the home, communicated Status with the customer and followed up with the factory.
