RE: Responding to Revdex.com Complaint received on 3/21/of incident that happened on 3/17/at Express Nails and [redacted] I'm writing to dispute the complaints of [redacted] made on 3/17/during her time at Express Nails and SPA [redacted] came into the salon at approximately 4pm (an hour before we close) and initially requested a polish (color) change on her nailsI sat her down and begin to file her nails which took about minutes because they were all about inches long; then she asked me to shorten her nailsSoon after that, I was asked to reshape her nailsAt this point, I have done all that was asked from [redacted] but I can feel something was wrong in which she began to get upset and frustrated with me about every little thingI can tell from the look on her face and her body language that she wasn't happy with my serviceI can feel the tension with every chip of her nailsI've been doing nails for over years and this is behaviors of someone who does not want to pay [redacted] then started to get loud with me and start to demand more and more things beyond what was required of a polish changeShe even requested a new technician to finish filing her nails which I was okay withOnce the new technician completed the filing of her nails, she requested the technician to do a polish change for her toesOnce the technician completed the polish change on her toes it was closing timeI inform her that we cannot complete the polish change on her nails because all of the staff there have other obligations to go to at 5pmBecause no one was available to complete the polish on her nails I didn't ask her to pay for anythingAt this moment, she started to get loud and demand that her

I am rejecting this response because:The business was dishonest in the response and trying to not take responsibility There were no witness around when he refused to accept my payment He was outside and I remained inside with light off The one witness who did not speak English during polishing and refiling of my nails left There is a camera, I'm sure to confirm my story He threatened to call the police first The officer made him take my payment Nevertheless the less this behavior from a business is very unprofessional and even more so that management thinks it's acceptable to allow I am requesting my money back for the awful service that I received He should not have begun the work if he was not willing to finish after business hours I clearly stated what service I wanted ahead of time Therefore, the work was unfinished.

Soon after that, I was asked to reshape her nails.
