that this matter be marked settled and published or held against my client in any way. While they do not believe their service was any less than professional, they do not want their good reputation marred. As stated in the reply they do not want [redacted] in the salon.

Review: I went there one time about amonth ago and got a pedicure and when I took my polish off my toenails were yellow. Ten I went there last week to get a mani/pedi and the woman doing my nails, cut a ck of my big toenail while cutting my cuticles and would not stop bleeding.THen she drop the instruments onto the floor, picks them up and then puts her tip on top of them, We go to get my nails done and she was going to use the dirty utensils I said no you get new ones.I got a french manicure on both my hands and feets, the manicure lasted 2 days, all the polish was chipped so I had to take it off. I also asked the man who runs the place to give a ma break due to the fact that my pedicure looked crappy with the piece of skin missing on my toe, he gives me a n attitude and took 5 dollars off of my bill. Also, the peidcure polish is coming off already too.Desired Settlement: I want my 40 dollars back and I will never frequent this establishment The BOard of Health should be called in on their practices
