I called for service through my [redacted] Home warranty. I was referred to Express Pass, LLC. I got service on the same day 7/15/2015. I had a noisy heat pump. The technicians replaced the fan motor, cleaned the condenser. It's now working fine. I was only charged $65.00. I am happy with the service.
