Express pet transportation

Review: I made payment for the transportation of a pet I purchased from a lady named [redacted]. She told me she was shipping him via pet express transportation. I have all paid them 2000.00. 500.00 for the dog/1500.00 to transport him to me paying via [redacted]....now they want another 2700.00 via [redacted]. No additional fees were discussed when I initially talked to this guy Richard A[redacted] with express pet transportation. I believe this to be a scam and both parties are involved. I have no more money to send for the dog. I have no confirmation of the puppy even being at an airport in Georgia (Richard A[redacted]) told me he was there. The website to track the dogs whereabouts doesn't work. I asked for the airport name & phone number with no reply, to see if the dog is even there. Please be aware. Richard A[redacted] made claims of a refund of 1500.00 upon the dogs arrival.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. I don't even have my dog they promised me 3 days ago. Very upset. 3 days 2000.00 is unreal. I was supposed to get him on the 15th.
