My leaky shower head was fixed until I first used it after the plumber left Because I didn't call them back to fix it soon enough they won't fix it without charging us

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This is the business that installed the supplied water heater and the water heater leaked how it leaked I don't know due to the fact I wasn't home or else I would have called the business soonerThe water heater internally exploded while his service provider *** was at my houseAfter the water heater leakedSo how can Express plumbing state that they have no liability? Why would they replace the water heater and now say it's not there fault?

manufacturer warranty issueAfter multiple conversations with our attorney and
insurance, we are
not liable or responsible for any manufacturer defectThere
was no way of telling if there was a defectThis would have happened to him as
well, if he had installed the unit himselfOur attorney has also contacted
*** *** and ***They have all said that it was not an installation
issue but a manufacturer defectHe had even said there was a popping noise
coming from the water heaterThat would have nothing to do with the
installation but the water heater itselfThey also stated that he would need
to contact your home owners insuranceThey would need to contact *** *** and discuss a resolution regarding this defectHis home owner’s
insurance company was also trying to hold Express liable for the defect in the
water heaterSince this was a defect, nothing on our part, they did not
proceed taking any kind of actionWe should not receive a negative review for
this because this has nothing to do with usThe manufacturer needs to be
contacted

The Tech was all out of thermostats and refused to take a few minutes to go down to the local hardware store and purchase one and install itHe stated he could not come back until Saturday because he was too busyWe had to hire another company who came out the very next morning and installed a new thermostat

Yes, the HVAC technician did go out to the propertyThe technicians do not know what the failure is with the unit after they are able to diagnoseThis was transferred to us from a previous companyWe were not provided with any information regarding their diagnosis and/or repairs of the unitThe

I am not satisfied as their response provided no solution to the problems they caused. Not only that but during the phone call it was implied they were willing to pay for the damages (at least half) however now they are trying to claim that they are not held responsible. They have yet provided any restitution for the damages and appear to make fake promises of resolutions. Attached is a detailed account of the incident that occurred and the unprofessional service.

This is a manufacturer problem. It has nothing to do with the installation. The home owner had told us that the water heater itself was making banging noises. That is something internally wrong with the water heater. This is a manufacturer defect and has nothing to do with the installation. We have already spoken with the supplier and manufacturer and both stated this is a manufacturer defect. We let him know that [redacted] would need to be contacted regarding this defect.

I found Express Plumbing to be very customer friendly and responsive. The damaged garbage disposal was quickly diagnosed and replaced. A pleasure to have Bill come to our house. Recommended.

EXPRESS PLUMBING HAS RESOLVED THE ISSUE. WE SENT A TECHNICIAN OUT TO THE PROPERTY TO DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE AND FIX/REPAIR. THERE WAS NO CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER. EXPRESS PLUMBING HAS TAKEN CARE OF ALL COSTS INVOLVED. AFTER EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETED, IT WAS CONFIRMED THERE WAS NOT ANY LEAKING.

Easy to deal with, we had a little disagreement on the price but the guys worked hard, they got plenty of work done, so in the end I agreed with the price. They did good work and got it done in a timely fashion I would recommend them
