It is a manufacturer warranty issueAfter multiple conversations with our attorney and insurance, we are not liable or responsible for any manufacturer defectThere was no way of telling if there was a defectThis would have happened to him as well, if he had installed the unit himselfOur attorney has also contacted [redacted] and [redacted] They have all said that it was not an installation issue but a manufacturer defectHe had even said there was a popping noise coming from the water heaterThat would have nothing to do with the installation but the water heater itselfThey also stated that he would need to contact your home owners insuranceThey would need to contact [redacted] and discuss a resolution regarding this defectHis home owner’s insurance company was also trying to hold Express liable for the defect in the water heaterSince this was a defect, nothing on our part, they did not proceed taking any kind of actionWe should not receive a negative review for this because this has nothing to do with usThe manufacturer needs to be contacted / [redacted] Style Definitions */

Easy to deal with, we had a little disagreement on the price but the guys worked hard, they got plenty of work done, so in the end I agreed with the priceThey did good work and got it done in a timely fashion I would recommend them
Yes, the HVAC technician did go out to the propertyThe technicians do not know what the failure is with the unit after they are able to diagnoseThis was transferred to us from a previous companyWe were not provided with any information regarding their diagnosis and/or repairs of the unit The home warranty company is very vague when it comes to the description of the problem.This is the info we received from the home warranty company: Emailed: [redacted] ***PLEASE TREAT AS A POSSIBLE RECALL***DED IS TBD PER THE DIAGNOSIS.***Problem Description: No air or little air coming from vents Caller: ----- [redacted] Additional Notes: ----- Fan on the a/c unit just stopped working Alternate Cooling Source? (y/n): -----N # of Units in Home: -----Location of malfunctioning unit: ----- outside of the home Central A/C? (y/n): ----- Y When was failure noticed?: ----- 07/8/Temperature Outside: ----- [redacted] Did you explain the trade fee and call back time? 75/ Yes, he did not have a thermostat on his vehicle at the timeThe description we received was for little or no airflowAlthough he did not have one readily available, he did wire the unit so it could be manually turned on and off and set to coolThis was only temporaryThe technician did not leave the home with absolutely no cooling source
